Vibroflotation method
Definition:
Under the joint action of the horizontal vibration of the vibroflot and high pressure water or air, the loose foundation is compacted; or after forming holes in the foundation layer ,the hard coarse particle materials is backfilled to form reinforcement body. Then, composite foundation will be formed by reinforcement and surrounding foundation soil.
Effection :
Characteristic :
1. The equipment and material are simple, convenient and economical.
2. It is especially suitable for the foundation treatment projects of hydropower stations, petrochemical plants, port terminals, dams and airport runways (to improve some bearing capacity, prevent the uneven settlement of soil or to treat the anti-liquefaction ability of the interlayer in some section of the foundation)
BVEM· professional manufacturer for vibroflot in China
In 1982 year,Powerchina vibroflotation company researched 75kW vibrator, widely used in upstream and downstream cofferdam project of the Three Gorges in 1997.
BVEM was establish in 2007, the company comes from the equipment department of Power china vibroflotation company.
Company vision : Outperform to Serve Vibroflotation
BVEM Company Honor
China first use of 75KW vibrator for the 30-meter depth sand soil treatment(three gorges project)
China first use of hydraulic vibrator for the treatment of the 240-meter chimney foundation
China first use of hydulic vibrator for the treatment of 32m depth foundation of hydraulic power station
The first one in China who treated the base of oil storage tank with a diameter of more than 60m by vibroflotation method
